1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).
Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bloomora is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors such as customs, weather, or courier issues.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
